We Accept Checks
We only accept business and personal United States checks with proper I.D. $25.00 charge on all returned checks.
Our Return/Refund Policy
Keep your receipt. Refunds require the Original Sales Receipt. Refunds given with receipt within 30 days of purchase for merchandise that is in saleable condition. If the return exceeds $200, we'll send a check from our corporate office. Returns for merchandise purchased by check require a ten (10) day waiting period. Returns after 30 days of purchase, if approved, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the refund will be issued on a Store/Gift Card. This excludes damaged, clearance items and cut goods. (i.e. carpet, vinyl, etc.)

Surplus Warehouse will not be responsible for merchandise after it leaves our premises.

It is our desire to be the "Lowest Priced" building material supplier in town. In order to fulfill this Guarantee, should you, our customer, find an identical stock item at our competitor that is lower in price, simply bring in a copy of their advertisement or a quotation on their letterhead and we will meet their price less 10% at the time your make your purchase from out store. NOTE: Prices from charitable or non-profit organizations or businesses do not apply to this offering.
